Shipping

Your pottery may arrive in recycled boxes, as I try to be eco-friendly whenever possible. I pack a box within a box with care to avoid breakage, but damage does occur from time to time. Should you receive damaged pots, please contact caryn@willowoodpottery.com with 24 hours of receipt, with photos of package and contents. Save all original packaging and the damaged item. No refund or replacement can be offered if we are not notified by email with photos of damaged shipment and packaging within 24 hours of receipt.

I ship through the USPS, Priority or UPS insured, with tracking available if you submit your email address. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are determined by weight and package size.   

I have no control over delays, delivery time, or missing or stolen items. If the carrier lists item as “delivered” but it is missing, I am not responsible for replacing or refunding the item. 

If you request “signature required” we can add that cost to your shipping rate and will inform you if there is any additional fee required prior to shipping.

Sorry, we do not ship internationally. For orders outside the continental U.S., please contact us for shipping rates.
